3. We will send your e-ticket via your email.
All tickets are issued as e-tickets as opposed to a physical ticket,
after you have purchased them, they will be sent to you via email.
We support two scenarios:
1. Show your e-ticket on phone to the usher
2. Also you can print at home and then present that ticket to the usher.
Please make sure you retain your e-ticket so that it's available to be checked at any time.
Refunds are not available, unless a performance is cancelled
The performance will begin at 7 pm.
and the auditorium hall will open at 6 pm.
If you arrive late, or leave the auditorium during a performance,
for reasons of consideration for the performers
and the enjoyment of others,
you may be asked to wait in the auditorium entrance,
until during the alternation between one scene and another.
